Scott F. Ingalls is the founder of Cognizant Benefits Solutions, Inc., an independent employee benefits advisory and brokerage firm based in Butler, Pennsylvania.

Since 1989, Scott has worked with employers to design, implement, and manage group health and employee benefit programs. His experience includes fully insured plans, level-funded plans, self-funded arrangements, renewal negotiations, claims analysis, compliance support, employee communication, and long-term benefits strategy.

Scott’s current advisory work focuses on helping employers determine whether their health plan cost structure is aligned with the economics of the business.
